Germantown home to converted into an inn

An historic home in Nashville’s booming Germantown neighborhood will soon be converted into an inn.

According to a news release, The Germantown Inn, located at 1218 Sixth Ave. N., will include six guest rooms. According to property records, the home was built in 1870. The project is a partnership between Trust Development LLC, led by CEO Jim Creason, and Nashville real estate agent Phil Hyde.
